Technical Colleges

Care Forward CO is helping to strengthen Colorado's healthcare system by using zero-cost, short-term training programs at both community and technical colleges.  In a year (or less!) participants can become a CNA, EMT, phlebotomy tech, pharmacy tech, medical assistant, or dental assistant.

Emily Griffith Technical College is a nationally accredited public college where students can prepare for their GED, improve their English, and choose from any one of their programs; whether that be trade school, art school, health sciences, or apprenticeships.

Pickens Tech is another great technical college.  Located in Aurora, it offers trade school, health and human services, and agriculture courses among many others.
